Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies welcomes “special visitors”

The parents' workplace is something that inhabits the children's imagination and generates a lot of curiosity about what that place is and what their parents do throughout the day.

With the aim of bringing children closer to their parents' workplace and enabling them to build a positive view of work, FNST SA opened the doors of its office, located in Moema (SP), on July 14th. The children could know a little about the work environment and the professional routine of the their family members in a playful, pleasant way, full of attractions.

Days before the event, the children received a kit with a badge with their photo and a company T-shirt, so they could visit the office uniformed. Attractions were aimed at different ages and included: storytelling about Freudenberg, my father's / mother's work, Treasure Hunt and Scape Room 30. A special snack was also served for children and parents, as well as a personalized bag, filled with snacks and sweets.

Open Day at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies...

...there were Dads, Moms and their little ones...

....enjoying a special experience....

...TOGETHER...

“Participating in the Open Day was a unique experience for me and my daughter Laura, who is one year and three months old. Even so small, she was delighted with the environment, the people and the other children. Her joy in sitting in front of the computer was notorious, typing, as she often sees her mother do. Also, being able to be with my colleagues, introducing my daughter and getting to know their children brings a relaxed feeling and a vision that goes beyond work. There were no positions, there were dads, moms and their daily motivations, our little ones, says Janaina Santos, Financial Analyst, at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies.

It was very special to receive the children here. This initiative, which promotes a connection between the company, employees, and their families, is positive for everyone involved. Somehow, we can quench this curiosity that children must know where their parents spend so many hours of the day, generating a sense of security and comfort for them, says Tatiana Simone, HR Consultant, at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies.
