Hall of Excellence brings together Chem-Trend employees

Operational Excellence and Innovation help to build a stronger and more engaged organization, where problem solving, teamwork and leadership result in continuous improvement and value creation.

In order to value a culture of cooperation and offer intrinsic potential for development, focusing on customer needs and keeping employees positive and capable, on August 31st, Chem-Trend Brasil held the integrated event “Hall of Excellence” that brought together the OpEx Day & Innovation Day and was attended by more than 100 employees.

The objective was to celebrate and recognize OpEx & Innovation projects and initiatives that have contributed to making Chem-Trend an even stronger organization with increasingly higher levels of excellence.

To celebrate the excellent result in the GPA 2.0 (Good Practices Assessment), a cake was cut with all participants and everyone received a “brigadeiro” (a typical Brazilian sweet) as a souvenir.
